Bookings for grooming services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment is required at the time of booking, and prices are as stated on our website.
We accept payment via Paynow through our UEN,
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Refunds for double bookings or If the Groomer rejects are issued within 24 hours.
4. Pet Health and Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a risk to the health or safety of our staff or other pets.

We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our website or services, except where prohibited by law.
